This allows us to:
Verify the correct part for your specific vehicle
Identify interchangeable parts from compatible vehicles
Reduce ordering mistakes and returns
Save you time by taking the guesswork out of finding the right part

-
Short answer: Yes... but probably not the kind you're thinking of.
At North Verde Auto Salvage, we're a full-service automotive recycler, not a self-service pick-and-pull yard.
Instead of customers wandering through rows of vehicles removing their own parts, our experienced team professionally dismantles, inspects, tests, and catalogs quality used auto parts before they're sold.
That means you get:
Professionally removed parts
Fitment verified using Hollander interchange
Tested engines, transmissions, and major components
Nationwide shipping
Warranty options
Friendly experts who help you find the right part
Many people search for a "junkyard," but today's modern auto salvage yards are organized recycling facilities focused on quality, reliability, and customer service.
-
The terms are often used interchangeably, but they aren't always the same.
A traditional junkyard is often thought of as a place where damaged vehicles simply sit until they're crushed or scrapped.
A professional auto salvage yard like us, carefully dismantles vehicles, inspects reusable parts, inventories them, verifies compatibility, and recycles the remaining materials responsibly.
At North Verde Auto Salvage, every vehicle helps keep thousands of quality OEM parts on the road while reducing waste and saving customers money.
-
If you're searching for a junkyard near Boise, Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian, or the Treasure Valley, you've come to the right place.
While many people search for the term junkyard, North Verde Auto Salvage is a full-service automotive recycler that offers a much easier way to buy quality used OEM auto parts.
Unlike traditional self-service junkyards where you remove the parts yourself, our experienced team professionally dismantles vehicles, inspects and inventories thousands of parts, and stores many components indoors for quick pickup or nationwide shipping.
Whether you need a used engine, transmission, door, wheel, tailgate, or another hard-to-find OEM part, we'll help you find the right fit without spending hours walking through rows of vehicles.
For over 40 years, we've proudly served drivers, repair shops, and dealerships throughout Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Ontario, and the Treasure Valley, while shipping quality used auto parts across the United States.

Pete says, “No. North Verde Auto Salvage does not sell complete vehicles.
Our focus is on professionally dismantling vehicles and supplying quality used OEM auto parts. Each vehicle is carefully processed, and usable components are removed, inspected, inventoried, and made available for sale to customers across the Treasure Valley and nationwide.
